All of this will be tracked in real time science backed data, all being personalised and structured from day one, with initial at home finger prick blood testing to work out the best personalised ongoing nutrition program.
All clients will have access to the Fittest 50 app, with their own unique members login access to view and track their personalised training&nutrition program, all this will be managed with their dedicated online trainer where you will have daily whats app checkins and weekly calls to keep you on track.

Hi there! My name is Chris, having dedicated the last 15 years of my career from working within the Health&Fitness industry, now I dedicate my passion to helping men over 45 get into their fittest shape possible, both physically and mentally.
Over the years I have seen the fitness industry was letting men over 45 down (and it still is!). Itʼs focused on the quick, easy wins – creating diets for people in their 20s and 30s who see results quickly and easily – whilst ignoring those people whom itʼs harder to get results for, this is why I came up with Fittest50 to help change this and help as many Men as possible. Also, A massive foodie who likes to balance it out by lifting weights, hiking and dog walks.

Hi there! My name is Mark Ames and I am a former royal marine commando, author and contributor to sorted mens magazine and a health and fitness coach dedicated to helping men in the 45 to 60 range achieve optimal health and wellness.
